The chart below lists the Minimum Computer requirements that you will need to be able to successfully use the EyeCharts software. The faster your computer system, the better the overall performance of your software.

Workstation Requirements:


Processor: Celeron or Pentium III, 900-MHz or better
Memory (RAM): 256MB (512MB or more recommended)
Operating Systems: Windows 2000 or XP.
Monitor: 15 inch, 1024x768 resolution (we highly recommend a larger monitor, 17-19 inch)
CD ROM Drive: Recommend. Read/Write highly recommended for backups.
Internet Connection: Internet access required for posting encounter counts and maintaining account data.


Server Requirements:

For a networked system, a Windows XP/2000 ( or higher) server is required. Your server specifications should be determined by your system administrator or IT consultant based on the number of users and network configuration. EyeCharts does not currently support non-Windows operating systems (Linux, Mac).
